## What the website includes

- Starter, $899 one-time: home, services, an about page, and a contact page with a quote form
- Pro, $1,499 one-time: everything in Starter, plus a page for each service the business offers and up to 5 city pages
- Starter includes a quote calculator set to your own prices; Pro includes everything in Starter.
- Built for phones, with the phone number on every page, one tap away

## The monthly plan

- $97 a month, starting the day the site goes live
- Hosting, HTTPS and security updates
- 8 rounds of changes a month, by email. One round is one email with your list of changes.
- At least 8 new articles added to the site every month (at least 15 on Pro)
- No contract on the monthly plan, no minimum term, no cancellation fee

## How it works

1. The owner sends a business name, a city and an email address, and their current website if they have one.
2. We build a working mock website of that actual business, at no charge, in 24 to 48 hours.
3. We email a link to it. Nothing is live and nothing is due.
4. If they want it, we email a payment link for the website fee, and then build the real site.
5. We publish it on their domain, the monthly plan starts, and the first articles go up that month.

## Terms in short

- See a free mock of your website before you pay anything. The mock is ready in 24 to 48 hours.
- No contract. Cancel the monthly plan any time with one email.
- The website fee is paid when the owner approves the mock and wants the site built.
- No refunds on the website fee or on a month already paid for.
- Content exports and domain transfers are free on request. The running site is not portable to another host.

## What we do not do

We do not manage paid advertising, run social media, design logos, build online stores, or answer leads. We do not promise any particular position in search results.
